原來昨天出現的問題並不是編碼之問題，在這裡跟各位朋友說聲: 對不起!
以下是小弟的log

問題在於'RewriteEngine'這個東西!
如果大家有出現這個問題
就把下以下兩行的#字刪掉就可以了，然後重新啟動apache就好了
LoadModule proxy_module modules/mod_proxy.so
LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so
